Refinancing HELP for those who have Adjustable Rat
If you are in the same boat as many Americans in regards to an adjustable subprime loan there is a bailout plan called FHASecure. It has beed developed to help prevent foreclosures for all those homeowners who fell behind because their adjustable rate rose too high and made their payments unmanageable. Those homeowners who are still credit worthy may refinance to a FHA loan.
This program is designed for those who have made their payments on time, and have at least 3% equity in your home but it won't help those whose homes have depreciated. Contact your lender or contact me and I will refer you to some lenders who can help you. |

Tulare & Kings County Golf Courses
I love to play golf but just trying to find the time to golf is hard, I love to golf in the morning here in the Valley. I am advertising at several golf courses like Lemore Golf Course, Three Rivers, Porterville Municipal Golf Course, Hanford Municipal Golf Course and Tulare Municipal Golf Course. I am also giving a Taylor Made Super Quad Driver to anyone who closes a transaction with me. If Taylor Made is not your preferance I would be happy to make it a Ping G5 or a Calloway Big Bertha......I haven't decided which is the best public course to golf on yet but I am open to suggestions in case I am overlooking a good course!!! Hope to see you on the links!!!! |

Visalia Real Estate Life
My first blog....I just had this blog added to my website so I may provide information to anyone that wants to read it. My blog will be about the current Tulare Conty real estate market as well as happenings in the surrounding communities. I hope you find the information useful regardless if you are buying or selling. Yes the market is sluggish but it is not all gloom and doom, homes are selling here in Tulare County. as of today there are 14 homes pending, 13 solds, 10 new listings, 8 back on the market (escrow fallouts) and 25 price reductions. Pricing your home right is what it is going to take to get it sold, don't price it at the top of your comps in the area just price it right at the bottom or lower, forget about the valuable time of pricing it here and waiting a month to see if it sells. Price it right and get it sold!!!!!!
